Tabata Weightlifting Peg BoardTabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Weightlifting (clean and jerk)
- 10 seconds of rest
Equipment:
- Peg Board
- Barbell
Instructions:
Perform as many clean and jerks as possible in 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for 8 rounds. After completing the Tabata, immediately move to the peg board and complete 3 ascents for time. Rest as needed between rounds and movements.

Time Cap: 12 minutes.
