Instructions:
Alternate between max effort on the Peg Board and rest for 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for a total of 8 rounds. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to climb as quickly as possible during the work intervals. Rest during the 10-second breaks to maximize effort on each round.
