EMOM Cardio Peg BoardEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15/12 Calorie Row
- Even minutes: 3 Peg Board Climbs
Equipment needed: Peg Board, Rower
Instructions: Athletes will alternate between the rower and the peg board climbs every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. The goal is to complete the designated number of calories on the rower and peg board climbs within each minute. Adjust the number of calories or climbs as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
Note: Ensure athletes are proficient in using the peg board before attempting this workout to prevent injuries.
