Tabata: Strength
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of Max Effort Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
- 10 seconds of Rest


Instructions: Perform as many Deadlifts as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout each round.
