AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Peg Board Climbs
  • 10 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 20 Wall Balls

Instructions:
- For the peg board climbs, athletes must climb up and touch each peg before descending.
- Scale the weight and height of the box jumps and wall balls as needed.
- Score is total rounds + reps completed in the 15-minute time cap.
