Tabata Weightlifting Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Weighted Squat Cleans
    2. Peg Board Climbs

Weight: Use a challenging weight for the Squat Cleans
Score: Total reps completed across all rounds
Instructions: Alternate between Squat Cleans and Peg Board Climbs for each Tabata interval. Rest 1 minute between movements. Keep track of your total reps for each movement for scoring. Good luck!
