Tabata Strength Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    1. Peg Board Climbs
    2. Dumbbell Thrusters
    3. Burpees
    4. Rest

Equipment:
- Peg Board
- Dumbbells


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Score is total reps completed across all movements.
- Scale movements and weights as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata.
