EMOM for 15 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Front Squats (135/95 lbs) + 1 Peg Board Ascent
  • Even minutes: 5 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs) + 1 Peg Board Descent

- Scale weight as needed for the barbell movements.
- Focus on efficient and controlled movements on the peg board to avoid fatigue.
