EMOM Strength Peg BoardEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Front Squats (#185/#135)
- Even Minutes: 1 Peg Board Ascent
Instructions: Start each minute with the 5 Front Squats, then move to the Peg Board for 1 ascent. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust weight as needed to maintain form and intensity throughout the workout.
