EMOM Strength Peg Board

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Deadlifts at 80% of 1RM
  • Even Minutes: 1 Peg Board Ascent

Equipment:
- Barbell
- Peg Board


Instructions:
Perform 5 deadlifts at 80% of your 1-rep max on the odd minutes, and 1 peg board ascent on the even minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute. Adjust weight accordingly to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
