EMOM for 15 minutes:


  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 3 Peg Board Climbs

Barbell: #225 / #155


Instructions: Each minute, complete 5 deadlifts followed by 3 peg board climbs. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 15 minutes. Adjust weight as needed to maintain form and intensity.
