EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 5 Hang Power Cleans
  • 5 Push Jerks
  • 1 Peg Board Ascent

Barbell: #135 / #95
Peg Board Modification: Sub for 5 Strict Pull-ups


Instructions: Start each minute with the barbell complex and finish with the peg board ascent. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Adjust weight as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
