  • Odd Minutes: 5 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
  • Even Minutes: 3 Peg Board Ascents

Notes:
- Make sure to scale the weight on the deadlifts accordingly to maintain proper form.
- If you are unable to do a peg board ascent, modify with 5 strict pull-ups or 10 kipping pull-ups per round.
