AMRAP Cardio Peg Board

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 200m Run
  • 5 Peg Board Ascents (or 10 strict pull-ups)
  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 15 Wall Balls

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
- Challenge yourself on the Peg Board, but prioritize safety and technique.
