Tabata Format:


  • 8 Rounds:
    • 20 seconds of max effort peg board climbs
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Peg Board


Instructions:
Perform as many peg board climbs as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to focus on proper technique to prevent injury and maximize efficiency.
