  • 5 Peg Board Climbs

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of a 200m run followed by 5 peg board climbs. Scale the peg board climbs to rope climbs or strict pull-ups if needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds completed.
