AMRAP Cardio Peg Board

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 200m Run
- 5 Peg Board Climbs
- 20 Air Squats


Instructions:
- Each round consists of a 200m run, 5 peg board climbs, and 20 air squats.
- Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes.
- Scale the peg board climbs to rope climbs or strict pull-ups if needed.
- Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving throughout the workout.
