  • 30 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Burpees
  • 10 Peg Board Climbs

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions:
Complete the movements in the prescribed order as fast as possible. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Make sure to practice proper form on the peg board climbs to avoid injury.
