- 200m Run
- 5 Peg Board Climbs
Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of a 200m run followed by 5 peg board climbs.
- Scale the peg board climbs to rope climbs or strict pull-ups if needed.
- Push the pace on the runs to maximize rounds completed.
