  • 10 Deadlifts (#225/155)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout, especially during the peg board climbs to avoid injury. Have fun challenging yourself with this unique workout!
