AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 8 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
  • 6 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75 lbs)
  • 4 Peg Board Climbs

Notes:
- Choose weights that allow you to move through the movements with good form and without sacrificing intensity.
- Scale the weight and movements as needed to maintain proper technique throughout the workout.
- Keep track of your rounds and reps completed during the 15-minute AMRAP.
