AMRAP Strength Peg Board

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Peg Board Climbs
  • 10 Deadlifts (#225/155)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20")

Instructions:
- Athletes will complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 peg board climbs, 10 deadlifts, and 15 box jumps.
- Scale the peg board climbs to rope climbs if needed.
- Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows for unbroken sets in the earlier rounds.
- Box jumps should be performed with full extension at the top of the box.
