AMRAP Cardio Peg Board

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 200m Run
  • 1 Peg Board Climb
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 Burpees

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, alternating between the cardio element, peg board climb, box jumps, and burpees. Scale the height of the box jumps and the difficulty of the peg board climb as needed. Keep a steady pace throughout the workout and push yourself to keep moving for the full duration.
