AMRAP Weightlifting Peg Board

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 5 Deadlifts (#225/155)
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 1 Peg Board Ascent


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 deadlifts, 10 handstand push-ups, and 1 peg board ascent. Scale the weight and movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep track of rounds completed and partial rounds for scoring. Good luck!
