AMRAP Weightlifting Peg Board

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 1 Peg Board Ascent

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 deadlifts, 10 handstand push-ups, and 1 peg board ascent. Scale the weight and movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Keep track of rounds and reps completed.
