  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)

- Scale the number of Peg Board Climbs or modify to rope climbs if needed.
- Scale the difficulty of handstand push-ups as necessary.
- Choose a challenging weight for the kettlebell swings to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
