- 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike
- 10 seconds of rest
Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level for maximum effort sprints during the 20-second intervals.
- Focus on pushing yourself to maintain intensity throughout all 8 rounds.
- Rest for 1-2 minutes between each Tabata round.
- Total workout time: 16 minutes.
