EMOM Skill Stationary Bike

Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 15/12 Calorie Bike
- Minute 2: 10 Handstand Push-ups


Equipment:
- Stationary Bike
- Wall for Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
Complete the prescribed calories on the bike in the first minute, then move directly to the wall for the handstand push-ups in the second minute. Rest for the remainder of each minute before starting the next round. Adjust the reps or difficulty as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
