Tabata Cardio Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off:
    • Stationary Bike

Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level.
- Pedal as hard and as fast as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each interval.


Notes:
- Make sure to adjust the bike seat and handlebars to a comfortable position before starting the workout.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and breathing throughout each interval.
- Stay hydrated and listen to your body's cues during the workout.
