    • 10 seconds rest

Skill:
- Handstand Hold:
- Accumulate 3 minutes in a handstand hold


Notes:
- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity on the bike during the work intervals.
- Focus on maintaining a tight core and straight body position during the handstand hold.
- Scale bike resistance as needed to hit desired intensity.
- Rest as needed between rounds to ensure quality effort on the bike and handstand hold.
