Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Stationary Bike


Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level to really push your limits during the 20-second intervals.
- Focus on maintaining a consistent effort throughout all 8 rounds.
- Remember to push yourself, but listen to your body and adjust as needed to avoid injury.
