Tabata Strength Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike
    • 10 seconds of rest

Strength Portion:


  • 4 sets of:
    • 10 Back Squats
    • 10 Deadlifts

Instructions:
- Complete the Tabata portion first, giving your max effort on the stationary bike for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds.
- After the Tabata, move on to the strength portion consisting of 4 sets of 10 back squats and 10 deadlifts.
- Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
- Focus on explosive power during the Tabata and maintain good technique during the strength portion.
