Weightlifting:

- 10 Deadlifts
- 8 Hang Power Cleans
- 6 Shoulder to Overhead

Instructions:
Alternate between the Tabata intervals on the stationary bike and the rounds of weightlifting. Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
