Tabata Weightlifting Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike, followed by 10 seconds of rest.

Weightlifting:


  • 5 rounds for time of:
    • 10 Deadlifts
    • 8 Hang Power Cleans
    • 6 Shoulder to Overhead

Barbell: #135 / #95


Instructions:
Alternate between the Tabata intervals on the stationary bike and the rounds of weightlifting. Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
