Tabata Strength Assault Bike

Tabata:


  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds

Strength Portion:


  • 5x5 Back Squats (increasing weight each set)

Instructions:
- For the Tabata portion, push hard during the 20 seconds on, then recover during the 10 seconds off. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- After completing the Tabata, move on to the strength portion of 5 sets of 5 back squats, increasing weight each set.
- Focus on proper form and technique for both the Tabata and strength portion.
- Remember to warm up properly before starting the workout.
