Tabata Weightlifting Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest on the stationary bike

Weightlifting:


  • 10 rounds of:
    • 5 Power Cleans
    • 5 Front Squats

Instructions:
- Complete the Tabata intervals on the stationary bike, pushing hard for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds.
- After the Tabata, immediately move to the barbell for the weightlifting portion.
- Perform 5 Power Cleans followed by 5 Front Squats for a total of 10 rounds.
- Focus on maintaining good form and intensity throughout the workout.
- Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper technique.
- Time cap: 20 minutes.
