  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds on Stationary Bike (max effort)
    • 10 seconds rest

Skill:


  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Double Unders

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of Tabata on the Stationary Bike, giving max effort for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds between intervals.
- After completing the Tabata portion, practice Handstand Push-ups and Double Unders for skill work.
- Focus on quality movement and technique during the skill work.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
