Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off:
    • Max Effort on Stationary Bike

Skill Focus:
- Focus on maintaining a consistent RPM throughout each round.
- Use the 10 seconds of rest to recover and prepare for the next round.


Notes:
- Set the resistance on the stationary bike to a challenging level.
- Record total distance covered during the workout for tracking progress.
