Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off on the stationary bike
  • Focus on maintaining a consistent pace and form throughout each interval

Skill:


  • Handstand Push-ups
  • 5 sets of 5 reps, focusing on strict form and controlled movement

Notes:
Make sure to adjust the bike resistance to a challenging level for you. Focus on your breathing and technique during the Tabata intervals. For the handstand push-ups, scale as needed with pike push-ups or handstand holds against the wall. Take adequate rest between sets to ensure proper form.
