Tabata Skill Stationary Bike

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of max effort on the Stationary Bike
- 10 seconds rest


Skill:
- Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
- 5 Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
- Set the Stationary Bike to a challenging resistance level.
- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity during the 20-second intervals on the bike.
- Focus on form and control during the Handstand Push-ups, scale as needed to ensure quality movement.
- Rest as needed between rounds and movements to maintain proper technique.
