Tabata Skill Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off on the Stationary Bike
  • Focus on maintaining a high cadence and consistent power output throughout each interval

Skill Focus:


  • Practice transitioning smoothly between different resistance levels
  • Work on maintaining proper form and posture while cycling at high intensity

Notes:
- Warm up properly before starting the Tabata intervals
- Adjust the resistance on the bike as needed to challenge yourself
- Cool down with a light spin on the bike after completing the Tabata session
