Tabata Skill Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds max effort on stationary bike
    • 10 seconds rest

Skill Focus:
- During the rest intervals, practice double unders or handstand holds


Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike at a challenging resistance level
- Focus on pushing hard during the 20 seconds of work
- Use the rest intervals to work on improving your double unders or handstand holds
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds
- Cool down with a 5-minute easy spin on the bike
