Tabata Skill Stationary Bike

Tabata Workout:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds on Stationary Bike (maximum effort)
- 10 seconds rest


Skill Focus:
- Handstand Push-ups
- Double-unders


Instructions:
- Perform the Tabata intervals on the stationary bike, pushing yourself to maintain maximum effort during each work interval.
- After completing the bike intervals, spend 5 minutes practicing handstand push-ups and double-unders, focusing on technique and efficiency.
- Adjust the difficulty of the handstand push-ups and double-unders as needed for your skill level.
- This workout is designed to improve cardiovascular endurance on the bike and enhance skills in handstand push-ups and double-unders.
