EMOM Skill Stationary BikeEvery Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:
- Minute 1: 15/12 Calories on Stationary Bike
- Minute 2: 10 Toes-to-Bar
- Minute 3: 12 Dumbbell Thrusters (50/35 lbs)
- Minute 4: Rest
Instructions:
- Set the bike to the designated calorie goal and complete it within the minute.
- Move directly to the toes-to-bar and complete 10 reps within the minute.
- Transition to the dumbbell thrusters and complete 12 reps within the minute.
- Use the remaining time in each minute as rest before starting the next movement.
Notes:
- This workout focuses on cardiovascular endurance, core strength, and shoulder stability. Adjust the reps and weights as needed to maintain intensity throughout the EMOM.
