  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)

Skill Focus: Toes-to-Bar efficiency


Notes: Focus on breathing and pacing on the Assault Bike to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Break up the Toes-to-Bar and Dumbbell Snatches as needed to keep moving consistently. Work on linking Toes-to-Bar for efficiency and try to minimize rest time between movements.
