Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest)
  • Round 1: Peg Board Climbs
  • Round 2: Burpees
  • Round 3: Double Unders
  • Round 4: Kettlebell Swings
  • Round 5: Handstand Push-ups
  • Round 6: Box Jumps
  • Round 7: Toes-to-Bar
  • Round 8: Air Squats

Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Adjust movements or scaling as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata workout.
