- Round 1: Peg Board Climbs
- Round 2: Burpees
- Round 3: Double Unders
- Round 4: Kettlebell Swings
- Round 5: Handstand Push-ups
- Round 6: Box Jumps
- Round 7: Toes-to-Bar
- Round 8: Air Squats
Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Adjust movements or scaling as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata workout.
