EMOM Skill RigEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Muscle-ups
- Even minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups
Equipment: Rig
Instructions: Perform 5 muscle-ups at the start of each odd minute and 10 handstand push-ups at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
