  • 50 Handstand Push-ups
  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 50 GHD Sit-ups

Instructions:
- Complete the movements in order, chipping away at the reps until all are finished.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
