  • 10 Muscle-ups
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-bar
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 40 Kettlebell Swings

- Rig
- Kettlebell
- Box


Time Cap: 15 Minutes


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity. Good luck!
