- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16 kg)
Instructions:
- Scale the peg board climbs to rope climbs or strict pull-ups if needed.
- Maintain proper form on all movements to prevent injury.
- Push yourself to complete as many rounds and reps as possible within the time cap.
