  • SkiErg (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds
  • Handstand Push-ups (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds

- For the SkiErg, aim to maintain a high intensity during the 20 seconds of work.
- Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups if needed.
